Title: Gravitational Collapse: Black hole or Buchdahl Star ?

Abstract: Gravitational collapse is supposed to end in forming a black hole and ultimately leading to a singularity which is hidden behind the event horizon. We will argue that this need not always be the case, it could really end in a Buchdahl star having a time-like boundary like any other ordinary star yet a comparable compactness of M/R = 4/9 as against M/R = 1/2 for black hole.
