Title: A quantitative note on dimension drop for harmonic measure

Abstract: In this talk, we present quantitative estimates for the dimension drop of harmonic measure on Ahlfors regular boundaries. By decoupling the geometric non-flatness into boundary deviation and porosity, we identify two distinct regimes for the critical dimension threshold S₀.
