Title: Low regularity wellposedness for the Vlasov-Poisson equation

Abstract: We consider the Vlasov-Poisson equation, and obtain local wellposedness in low regularity Sobolev spaces using the velocity averaging lemma. This in particular gives wellposedness for a class of unbounded initial distribution functions.
