Abstract: Monge-Ampère-type partial differential equations and their associated singular measure equations are central to solving prescribing problems of geometric measures, known as Minkowski problems, in convex geometry. This talk explores several such equations, highlighting their geometric contexts and recent research developments. Open problems in the field will also be discussed.
